Brittany Edwards, DVM is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Dayton where she has been part of the medical team since 2017. Dr. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Louis University before beginning veterinary school at St. George’s University and graduating with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, Dr. Edwards completed an internship at Columbia Pike Animal Hospital and Emergency Center in Annandale, VA.
Dr. Edwards maintains an interest in all aspects of veterinary medicine and especially enjoys the fact that no two days are ever the same. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is having the opportunity to watch puppies and kittens grow up, develop their own personalities, and become a unique part of their families. When not treating patients, Dr. Edwards enjoys baking, cooking and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
